Meet Candy, Director of CVC 💙

We asked Candy what she enjoys most about her role, and her answer says everything about how she leads CVC:

"What I enjoy most about my role is the wonderful feeling of knowing that we have matched the perfect property with the perfect guest. When everything comes together and both the guest and the owner are genuinely happy, it is incredibly rewarding. I honestly find that creating those perfect matches, and knowing that everyone has had a positive experience, to be one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do."

And when it comes to Cape Town itself, her love for the city is just as clear:

"I love that there are so many wonderful things to do in Cape Town that are absolutely free. I’m a real nature lover, so for me, Cape Town is paradise. With white sand beaches, tidal pools, mountains, you can enjoy running, hiking, swimming, surfing, breathtaking scenery, and so much more. There’s an endless supply of entertainment right on our doorstep, and best of all, it’s on the house!"

There’s a particular kind of quiet that settles over the farm before the day gets going, mist still sitting low over the vineyards, the garden just waking up.

Brunch in Bloom was the perfect place to start: fresh, farm-grown ingredients, plated among the blooms, with the mountains standing watch in the background.
