The evening menu with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options begins with delicate garden crudités, papadums, and tomato-fennel chutney, setting the stage for a symphony of flavors. A tandoor-smoked avocado chaat awakens the palate, followed by a procession of exquisite appetisers:
Springbok Bhuna Soft Taco, Kesari Murgh Tikka and Gilafi Lamb Seekh Kebab.
A refreshing lemon & hibiscus sorbet cleanses the senses before the grand sharing-style mains arrive. Here, tradition and opulence intertwine: Lamb Shank Nihari, Murgh Makhan Palak and Smoked Dal Makhani.
