Some of our visitors travel a little further than most

Every year, remarkable migratory birds arrive in South Africa after travelling thousands of kilometres from Europe and Asia, with many passing through the wetlands and grasslands around Doornkop.

The colourful European Bee-eater, elegant White Stork and incredible Amur Falcon are just a few of the seasonal visitors that remind us how connected nature really is.
