Situated in an up-market suburb of Centurion, the PhysEQFiT Guesthouse offers comfortable overnight accommodation for leisure and business travelers.

Bed & Breakfast. We also offer spa wellness retreats and Slow Food Dinner Experiences. Your wellbeing is important to us therefore we have created a guesthouse retreat where you can relax and feel at home. gh-ways (N1, R28/N14, R21), Gautrain station, Restaurants, Centurion Mall, Supersport Park, Highveld Techno Park, Planet Fitness and Virgin Active Gyms to name but a few. Secured on-site parking is available. We have 6 guest rooms, all with private entrances and en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with small fridge, microwave, coffee station, DSTV, free Wi-Fi, towels and a hairdryer. We serve delicious breakfast from our menu or buffet breakfast for groups. Dinner is available at an additional charge and by prior arrangement only (one day prior to arrival). PhySEQFiT Guesthouse is walking distance from restaurants. The Guesthouse forms part of an established wellness and lifestyle company. We offer a spa with massage treatments, facials and nail treatments. Please make bookings in advance. Various wellness retreat packages also on offer. PhysEQFiT Guesthouse has a no-smoking, no loud noise and no-visitors policy. We unfortunately do not allow for pets to accompany you on your visit. Trying out one of our lunch options for our upcoming Happiness & High-Performance Retreat to be hosted at Physeqfit Guesthouse in July.

During the retreat we will also be demonstrating to attendees how they can transform old favourites into a healthy, brain smart meal to promote brain health, brain performance, energy, longevity and combat inflammation.

This is our version of a chicken mayo sandwich transformed into wholeness and deliciousness - no bread, no dough, no mayo - just packed with goodness.

Special people. Soulful music. Crackling fireplace. Fun games. Mouthwatering food.

On the menu we enjoyed:

We hosted another beautiful Slow Food Dinner Experience with special people.

Our Slow Food Dinner Experiences are all about social connections, meaningful conversations, wellbeing, happiness and delicious food. While soulful music and crackling fires round it off perfectly.

On the menu we had: braaibroodjies, chicken curry with basmati rice, short rib with carrots and mushrooms, naan bread, butternut & beetroot salad, mediterranean salad and malva pudding with ice-cream & custard.

Thank you Everybody, we had a lovely time!
