In May, guests joined us at Simbavati Cederberg Ridge for a weekend shaped by mountain views, shared tables, and exceptional wines from Boschendal and Bellingham. One of the highlights was this immersive Boschendal bubbly tasting, where each pour was thoughtfully paired with freshly shucked oysters, crisp skinny fries, and caramelised popcorn that kept everyone reaching back for more. Glasses clinked across the deck, conversations carried into the evening, and the mountain air slowly turned cooler as the tasting unfolded against the backdrop of the Cederberg mountains.
