🎨 Our Art Wall showcases work by local artists, bringing a little colour, character and creativity into the 305 experience. Many of the pieces on display are also available to purchase, giving our guests the opportunity to take a little piece of local art home with them.

We’re proud to support local artists, value the craft behind their work and love seeing their stories become part of ours.

Next time you’re at 305, take a moment to look around. You might just find something you love 💙

BIG celebration OR small gathering? 🤙✌️
WE DO BOTH 💙

A wedding with 150 guests.
A birthday dinner with the people closest to you.
A corporate function that deserves more than a boardroom.
An intimate celebration that calls for something a little special.

At 305 Hotel, our event spaces are made to adapt to the occasion, from micro weddings and intimate gatherings to larger weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and celebrations.

🌊 Add good food, an ocean-view setting and a team that knows how to bring an event together, and you've got a pretty good reason to celebrate at 305. 🥂

Planning something? Let's talk.

Now the big question…

🐶 SHOULD WE MAKE THIS A YEAR-ROUND THING?

This is why we do what we do. ❤️

There’s nothing quite like reading a review from a guest who genuinely enjoyed their time at 305.

To everyone who takes the time to leave us a review, thank you. We read them, we share them with the team, and we appreciate every single one.

It means more than you know. 🌊✨
