There’s a sort of mini-version of the sardine run (currently happening out in the ocean) happening in the Quinera Estuary (obviously not involving sardines but some other small fry I’m assuming). The Cape Cormorants are circling around the fish underwater and the Little Egrets and a couple of Grey Herons are picking them off from above. Incredible to see most days since the Estuary mouth re-opened.
