Here’s what the weekend looks like from Angala: Mornings that start slowly, with breakfast included both days. Evenings that come back to something quieter — a couples massage, dinner, the mountains doing what they always do.

Winter here has a particular quality.
The valley empties. The mountains get closer somehow, sharper against a grey sky, more present. The fires come on in the evening and stay on. Meals get slower. Conversations go longer.

There's less to do, which turns out to be exactly the point.
