We would like to introduce you to Johan, our head of maintenance and farm manager.

Johan has been part of La Clé since the very beginning, making him our longest-standing team member, although those titles only tell a small part of the story.

If something needs fixing, sorting, building, planting, or figuring out, Johan is the person everyone calls. But beyond all the work he does behind the scenes, he’s also one of the people who gives La Clé its feeling of home.

From homemade pickled onions and chicken pie to the best pork rashers you’ll ever taste, Johan has a way of bringing people together. His care is felt in the gardens, in the details, and in the magic that makes this place what it is.

So much of La Clé is because of Johan, and we honestly couldn’t imagine it without him. ❤️
