When winter gets tough, even elephants know where the green grass is!
Our unexpected guest decided that waiting outside wasn't an option! With the winter cold and dry bush, this elephant had only one thing on his mind by finding those beautiful green trees inside the lodge!
He came right up to the lodge, clearly thinking,
"Surely you don't mind if I come inside for a little snack?"
Nature at its most unforgettable - wild, beautiful, and sometimes right at your doorstep!

There’s something truly special about spending time with an elephant herd on game drive 🐘
