Peace of Eden integrates ecosystems into its own and respects natural resources and wildlife of all kinds. Monkeys, baboons and much of the wild life living in the forests, feel safe here and have built up a trusting symbiotic relationship with us over the years. We are even kind to snakes and spiders and, in return, they keep to themselves and have never harmed anyone here. We have a passionate do no harm policy. Independent, sustainable living is an art that we practise daily and we invite you to be part of the
solution with us. We use rainwater for cooking and washing, and dam water for cleaning, and are always mindful that it is a limited resource. Both types are perfectly safe (and tasty) to drink.
