Your body has been speaking to you all along.
Perhaps this is the day you begin listening. 🌿
We spend so much of our lives living from the neck up — thinking, planning, performing, caring, achieving.
Meanwhile, the body quietly keeps communicating.
The clenched jaw.
The restless energy.
The shoulders carrying too much.
The breath that never quite reaches the belly.
The deep exhale when you finally feel safe enough to let go.
Our September Wellness Saturday Day Retreat is an invitation to reconnect with that conversation.
This month, we’re exploring INTUITIVE MOVEMENT.
Not dance.
Not choreography.
Not exercise.
And definitely not about getting the movement “right”.
Instead, you’ll be gently guided into practices that encourage you to notice sensation, explore movement without judgement, release unnecessary tension and reconnect with your body's natural rhythms.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore:
🌿 Nervous System & Embodied Awareness
Understanding how stress can show up physically and learning to become more aware of the body's signals.
🌬 Breathwork for Presence & Regulation
Accessible practices to settle, ground and bring your attention into the present moment.
✨ Guided Intuitive Movement
An opportunity to move without choreography and discover what authentic movement feels like for you.
🌊 Somatic & Mindful Movement
Slow, exploratory practices designed to cultivate curiosity, soften tension and deepen embodied awareness.
📝 Reflection, Integration & Rest
Time to pause, journal and allow the experience to settle.
We’re also delighted to welcome Ashley, who will lead a special Intuitive Movement experience integrating sound, movement and breathwork.
This Wellness Saturday is especially suited to women who:
• Feel disconnected from their bodies
• Carry stress or tension that words don't fully explain
• Spend much of their lives caring for others
• Want to cultivate greater presence and self-awareness
• Long for more freedom and authentic expression
• Prefer gentle, restorative practices over intense exercise
No prior experience is needed.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to know how to dance.
You don't need to perform.
You simply need to arrive with curiosity.
Because perhaps movement isn't something your body needs to perform.
Perhaps it is something your body needs to express.
The emphasis isn’t on how movement looks — it’s on how it feels.
