From 15–19 September, Hartenbos hosts something Mossel Bay has never seen before: the Tug of War World Championships, right here at the ATKV Amphitheatre. 1,400 athletes from 18 countries, every category from U/19 to Seniors, Men, Women and Mixed teams, all pulling on the same stretch of coastline we call home.

The ATKV is fully booked out. So are most of the hotels in town. That's how big this is.

We're cheering on the local organising team who've been pulling this together (pun very much intended) and we can't wait to welcome the world to our corner of the Garden Route.

One team. One goal. World class, together we pull stronger. 💪
