Andrews building was originally completed in 1925 in time for the visit of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, who stayed together with his entourage in the building. At the time, it was a small hotel which was owned by sergeant Major Dunn of the Highlander Regiment. And during World War II, it served as the Officers' Mess of the 43 Squadron. The Royal St Andrews Hotel offers an array of modern, luxury accommodation to complement its rich heritage. This includes a superior Honeymoon Suite and 9 Newly Renovated Heritage Rooms - all set in the Original 1924 St. Andrews Mansions building - as well as 50 recently built contemporary rooms.
