Work has not stopped on the smaller, smarter and greener Kam’Bati! 🌿☀️

We often get asked: “Why is camping so expensive?”

Well, here’s a little look behind the scenes. Right now, we’re installing brand-new electrical cables and water lines for the 30 campsites that will form part of the new Kam’Bati.

Creating a quality campsite takes far more than just marking out a spot next to the river. It takes proper infrastructure, reliable water, sustainable power and a significant investment to create the experience our guests expect.

We’re coming back with fewer campsites, better infrastructure and a greener footprint — building Kam’Bati for the future. 🌱

Smaller. Smarter. Sustainable. Kam’Bati.

🏕️ Did you know? Kam’Bati was home to only the SECOND AfriCamps location in South Africa!

From the early days of glamping in South Africa, Kam’Bati has been proud to be part of the AfriCamps journey.

Today, AfriCamps is recognised as a market leader in glamping in South Africa, and we remain incredibly proud of our long-standing affiliation with this iconic brand on our farm.

It’s a special part of the Kam’Bati story — combining the beauty of the countryside, the freedom of the outdoors and an unforgettable way to experience nature. 🌿⛺

Proud of our history. Proud of our partnership. Proudly Kam’Bati.
