A busy two days so far in our workshop.

A bunch of vehicles for air suspension, loadbin sliders, awning fitments, DC-DC charging looms and additional power points, headlight LED upgrades, custom kick-out step fitments, recovery sand tracks mounting and roof rack fitments.

We also have had a few campers for electrical work and mechanical servicing.

Project Bush Lapa Baobab has been completed and handed over to our client.

Our engineering team changed this Bush Lapa from a fold out tent bed to a full on custom build stainless steel slide out bed. 316 stainless steel construction with 3x sets of super heavy duty slides was used.
The slide out bed box was fitted with sliding windows with curtains, stainless steel clothes rack, interior padding with led lights and USB charging points plus a custom made new mattress.

Our team also manufactured a rear mounted stainless steel double jerry can box, that also functions as additional storage space with removable shelves.

A Quick Pitch SA shower cubicle was mounted on the side and we made more additional storage with a aluminium box fitted in the original jerry can space.

We are extremely happy with the outcome of this project and hope to receive alot more of them in the future.

Jurgens Palma getting a much larger family bed installed with a large pull out drawer, plus two side access doors for easy access to storage space underneath the bed base.
Future work on the geyser was also taken into account with an access hatch lid.
We are also supplying our client with a custom made to size orthopedic mattress.

Our technical team created order from chaos for this canopy electrical system. We reused as much as we could from the old setup to keep cost for client as low as possible.

Happy to say that new setup looks 10x better, and most importantly it is much safer.
