What an incredible weekend at Thaba Monate Game Lodge! 🌿🏃‍♂️🔥

The trails were alive with determination, laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories as runners took on the beautiful routes created by Revolution Trails.

From the first start-line countdown to the final finish-line celebrations, the atmosphere was simply amazing. Thank you to every participant, supporter, volunteer, and organiser who made this event such a success.

Seeing so many people experience the beauty of Thaba, challenge themselves, and enjoy every moment on the trails was truly special. We can't wait to welcome you all back for the next adventure!

My little coffee addict ☕🪨
Rocco said “sharing is caring” and honestly… I lost the argument.

Rocco fighting me for every sip like he pays the grocery bill. My little coffee addict has officially decided he’s part human now.

They say wild animals belong in the wild… meanwhile mine is out here demanding morning coffee like a divorced dad at a Wimpy 😭☕

Rocco’s daily reminder that love exists in every form 🤍🐾

Our little Rock Hyrax, also known as a dassie… tiny chaos goblin, professional destroyer of peace, collector of leaves, maker of messes, and creator of absolute havoc around the house 😂

Rocco was rescued here at Thaba Monate and since then he’s become part of our family. Watching him grow and seeing the affection he shows every single day reminds us that animals have emotions, personalities, trust, and love just like we do.

Then humans say wild animals can’t show affection or love? 🥹

This little guy gives kisses, cuddles, follows us around, talks softly to us, and just wants to be close to the people he trusts. Yes, they can be stubborn. Yes, they can be a pain in the ass sometimes 😭 But behind all the chaos is one of the sweetest little souls.

Nature truly is one of the most beautiful things in this world. From the biggest animals roaming the bushveld to the smallest little creatures like Rocco, every life matters and deserves kindness, patience, and appreciation 🌿

Here at Thaba Monate, we don’t just love nature… we live with it, care for it, and respect it 🤍
