WE ARE HIRING: GARDENER / HANDYMAN
Are you hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn? Haven Luxury Apartments is looking for a motivated Gardener/Handyman to join our growing team.
Previous experience in gardening is preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, basic repairs, and general maintenance is an added advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Grounds & Garden Maintenance
• Watering lawns, flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
• Trimming hedges and pruning plants
• Weeding flower beds and paved areas
• Applying fertilizers and basic pest control as instructed
• Planting and caring for ornamental plants
• Keeping outdoor areas clean and presentable
• Sweeping driveways, walkways, and parking areas
Property Maintenance
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Carrying out minor repairs around the property
• Assisting with basic plumbing tasks
• Replacing light bulbs and carrying out simple maintenance dutie
• Assisting contractors and maintenance personnel when required
• Monitoring water systems, tanks, and irrigation equipment
Cleaning & Operational Support
• Assisting the housekeeping team during busy periods
• Helping move furniture and equipment when required
• Assisting with deep cleaning of common areas
• Supporting apartment preparation for incoming guests
• Ensuring refuse collection areas remain clean and organized
Security & Property Care
• Opening and closing designated areas as required
• Reporting suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests
Employment Package
• Fixed-Term Contract: 1–2 Years
• Contract renewable upon satisfactory performance and successful completion of the initial term
