Gordons BnB Mutare

01/08/2026

Hi everyone,

We are excited to share that Gordon’s is now under new ownership — and still the warm, peaceful home away from home you know and love. Same beautiful gardens, same welcoming hospitality, with exciting upgrades on the way in the coming months.

And there’s more: alongside our famous breakfast, we’re now serving lunch and dinner to our in house guests (all fully halal). Just send us your order ahead of time.

At the end of the month I will say goodbye to Gordon’s BnB with a very full and grateful heart.

I honestly don’t have the words to thank everyone who has walked through our doors over the years. It has been such a privilege to welcome you, get to know you, share stories, laughs, and make so many wonderful memories. So many of you came as guests but left feeling like friends, and that is something I will always treasure.

Running Gordon’s BnB has never just been a job to me it has been a huge part of my life. I will miss the conversations over breakfast, the familiar faces returning year after year, and meeting people from all walks of life.

As Gordon’s BnB begins its next chapter with new owners, I truly hope you will continue to support them and wish them every success and happiness for the future.

To everyone who has stayed with us, recommended us, or simply supported me along the way, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made this journey so special, and I will carry these memories with me forever.

With all my love and gratitude,

Lill ❤️

RunVumba is upon us - and we have you covered for your accommodation. Get in touch today to book a room. The mountains are calling! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏿‍♂️🗻🗻🗻🗻

Built for the Long Run. Definitely a bakkie!

Long before athletes arrive, there's another team already on the mountain.

Our equipment, signage, volunteers, water, medical supplies and race infrastructure all have to reach places most vehicles never will.

That's where Autoworld Isuzu comes in.

Their dependable vehicles help us access remote sections of the course and prepare one of Zimbabwe's most scenic trail races.

Adventure begins long before race morning.
Thank you for helping us get there.
