Chef Clayton brought chefs from across the estate together at Victoria Falls Safari Club for a menu tasting shaped by guest feedback, fresh ideas and a whole lot of talent. Our junior chefs also got their moment in the spotlight, taking their dishes from the kitchen to the table and presenting their creations to the rest of the team.

Good food, great teamwork and plenty of thought behind every plate.

Fresh from completing his second consecutive Comrades Marathon, Victoria Falls Safari Club Head Butler Zeb Makoni is ready to take on his next challenge on Sunday, 5 July.

He'll be joined by an incredible 163 members of our team, all coming together to celebrate resilience, determination and the spirit of our community.
