What a pleasure it was to welcome US based David Rose to Mbano Manor Hotel Victoria Falls this week for a very special culinary exchange. 🇿🇼🇺🇸✨

As part of his visit, we hosted a Cooking with Gogo luncheon, where two wonderful ladies from our local community shared the flavours, techniques and stories behind traditional Zimbabwean cuisine.

Together with our Head Chef David, who led the Mbano culinary team for the occasion, they cooked, exchanged ideas and brought to life a beautiful celebration of Zimbabwean food and culture.

From cooking over the open fire to gathering around the table to enjoy the final dishes, it was a memorable afternoon of food, culture, community and connection.
