As Dubai prepares to celebrate Eid, it’s a wonderful time for visitors to experience the culture, traditions and sense of community that make the UAE so special.

Eid is one of the most important celebrations in the Islamic calendar and is observed by Muslims around the world as a time of gratitude, generosity, reflection and togetherness. Families gather, homes are opened to loved ones, gifts are exchanged and communities come together in celebration.
This upcoming celebration marks the second Eid of the year - Eid Al Adha - also known as the “Festival of Sacrifice.” It commemorates the values of faith, compassion and giving, while also being a time for charity, hospitality and sharing with others.
