This September, Silky Sanctuary returns to Silky Oaks Lodge for an immersive three-night wellness retreat in the heart of the Daintree. Guided by holistic health coach and yoga teacher Emily Spurling, the experience weaves together yoga, meditation, breathwork, rainforest bathing, wildlife encounters, nourishing cuisine, and time to simply slow down.
