🌿 BELLA VISTA FARM HOUSE — NEW LOWER RATES & MORE SAVINGS for all NEW BOOKINGS made after 5 September 2026! 🌿
We’re pleased to announce some exciting changes to our pricing at Bella Vista Farm House, giving our guests even more flexibility and affordability when booking their stay. 🏡✨
💚 NEW 1-BEDROOM BASE RATE — $270* PER NIGHT
Our new base rate for a 1-bedroom hire is just $270 per night.
To help us achieve this saving, we have made the decision to no longer include bed sheets in our standard nightly rate.
The costs associated with laundering, cleaning, replacing and maintaining linen have continued to increase. Rather than passing those costs on to our guests, we have chosen to remove this cost from the standard rate and pass the savings directly back to you.
🛏️ WHAT WE WILL STILL PROVIDE
Don't worry — you will still have everything you need for a warm and comfortable night's sleep!
We will continue to provide beautiful Australian woollen quilts, blankets and pillows on the beds. 💚
The only change is that bed sheets are no longer included.
We feel sheets are one of the easiest things for guests to pack from home or purchase specifically for their stay, while this change allows us to significantly reduce our laundry and linen costs — and, importantly, give those savings back to you through our lower nightly rate.
🛏️ BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & SAVE!
Queen and King sheet sets are available from retailers such as Kmart, Target and Spotlight, with sets available from around $30.
If you don't already have suitable sheets, purchasing a set for your stay is an affordable option — and you can simply take them home with you afterwards.
✨ PREFER US TO SUPPLY THE SHEETS?
No problem at all!
We are more than happy to provide a sheet set for your stay for an additional payment.
The sheets will be available for you when you arrive. Simply make the bed, enjoy your stay, then strip the sheets and take them home with you when you check out.
🏡 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS — NOW ONLY $140* PER ROOM!
We have also reduced the cost of hiring additional bedrooms to just $140 per additional room, per night.
Our new pricing:
🌿 1 bedroom — $270* per night
🛏️ Each additional bedroom — $140* per night
🧺 Bed sheets — optional additional charge
We hope our guests understand that these changes have been made to reduce our laundry, cleaning and linen replacement costs, while giving those savings directly back to you.
Our aim is to keep Bella Vista Farm House comfortable, affordable and great value, while giving you the flexibility to bring your own sheets or have them supplied if you prefer.
💚 More choice. More savings. Same beautiful Bella Vista Farm House. 🌿🏡
We look forward to welcoming you!

This weekend’s guests were treated to a special afternoon in the olive grove, helping with our olive harvest and seeing the process firsthand. 🫒 There’s nothing quite like tasting fresh olive oil straight from the source—an unforgettable farm experience! 🌿✨
