This June, Fairmont Empress celebrates growth, progress, and equity in support of the LGBTQIA2+ community. Sip the Blushing Empress, a floral, gold-kissed cocktail with notes of elderflower, cranberry, and fresh lemon. Pair it with a whimsical celebration of colour and texture, our Rainbow Reverie Pavlova features a meringue shell with a soft center, topped with airy chantilly cream and vibrant fresh berries.
