Recognized for his exceptional attention to detail and the kind of personalized service that turns a hotel stay into a lasting memory, Boyan is a wonderful example of what heartfelt hospitality looks like in practice.

Boyan was celebrated with a visit from Astrid Chang from Destination Greater Victoria and Stef Cara from the City of Victoria, who presented a certificate on behalf of the Mayor, alongside a Victoria Hospitality Awards lapel pin.

What a week to be a Harbour Hero! From May 4 to 8, our team at Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour took part in Atlific in Action 2026, rallying around this year's theme: Small Acts. Big Impact.

We focused on what matters most, deepening client relationships, showing up for one another, and giving back to the community we are proud to call home. Our associates came together for a Toonies for Tots bake sale that raised $600 for the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
