A little rain doesn’t have to spoil a getaway…sometimes it makes the hot tub experience even better!

We love hearing that our guests have everything they need to settle in, get comfortable and make the most of their time at Clovenstone – whatever the Scottish weather decides to do.

Thank you for the lovely feedback!

Ready for an autumn escape of your own?

There’s something rather special about Aberdeenshire in autumn. 🍂

The countryside turns shades of gold and amber, the air gets a little crisper and some of our favourite places become that bit quieter.

Pull on your boots for a walk around Bennachie, explore the countryside, discover one of Aberdeenshire’s historic castles or head to the coast for a bracing walk by the sea.

Then, when you’ve had enough, head back to Clovenstone, get cosy and sink into your private hot tub.

Summer might be over, but there are still plenty of reasons to escape to Aberdeenshire.

Our newest lodge, Cairnwood, is now complete and this one has a particularly special story behind it.

Built from the ground up by Clovenstone owner Graham and a group of friends, Cairnwood is a little different from our other lodges, with its distinctive oval design and peaceful woodland setting.

In our latest blog, we share the story of how Cairnwood came to life, from those first days of building back to the finishing touches.

Autumn is a brilliant time to explore Aberdeenshire with your four-legged companion...crisp mornings, colourful countryside and plenty of walks waiting just beyond your lodge.

Then, after a day spent exploring, head back to Clovenstone, warm up and settle in for a relaxed evening together.

Because a countryside escape is always better when your best walking companion can come too.
