✨ Our 2026 season comes to a close at Mingarry Park… ✨

As another season comes to an end, we just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has been part of it.

It’s been so lovely to welcome back so many returning guests as well as meeting lots of new ones along the way. We feel incredibly lucky that so many of you choose to spend your time with us here in Mingarry.

A huge thank you to our amazing team, who work so hard behind the scenes and make Mingarry Park the warm, welcoming place that it is. We really couldn’t do it without you.

And a special mention to our Head Chef Jarek who has served up so many delicious dinners, always with a smile on his face. His passion, hard work and positivity have been such a big part of our season and we couldn’t be more grateful. 👨‍🍳

For now, we’ve swapped the wind and rain for a little sunshine and are enjoying some family time away with Megan and Finlay.

Although our restaurant has now closed for the season we’re not disappearing completely. We’ll continue welcoming guests for bed and breakfast throughout November and our Crofters Wellness Suite will remain open for self-catering escapes over the winter months. ❄️

Thank you again to everyone who has visited, supported us and helped make 2026 another memorable year. We look forward to welcoming you all back again soon.

What an incredibly special night at Eden Court last night.

John and Morven, along with the rest of the band, were amazing. An evening filled with so many emotions both happy and sad, with plenty of laughs and craic in between too — a wonderful way to celebrate and remember their dad, Fergie.

To see the show completely sold out really says it all and was a lovely reminder of just how much Fergie and his music meant to so many people and how his musical legacy continues on.

A legacy that John and Morven are now carrying forward in their own way. I know Fergie would have been incredibly proud to see them both up there last night

A first for Megan seeing her dad up on stage, a special night that will be remembered.
