Residents at Albany Care Home were delighted to welcome Feel Good Farm for a pet therapy session, as part of their Care Home Open Week celebrations! 💙

Residents spent a lovely afternoon meeting and interacting with a range of friendly animals, including rabbits, sheep and goats. 🐇🐑🐐

The session offered opportunities for sensory stimulation, with residents enjoying the chance to stroke, hold and learn more about the animals while spending time outdoors in the sunshine. ☀️🌿

Who could resist these little faces? 🐱💕

Residents and staff at The Chase Care Home were delighted to spend time with some adorable kittens during a visit from Performing Pets.

They spent the afternoon being passed from lap to lap, enjoying plenty of strokes and attention while residents shared stories about cats and pets they've had over the years.

Thank you, Performing Pets, for such a special visit- you certainly made our day! 🐾❤️

Uvedale Hall Care Home started their Care Home Open Week with a fantastic trip to Needham Market Football Club! ⚽

Residents had the opportunity to step onto the pitch and enjoy a kickabout, also having the chance to visit the Les Ward Stand, named in honour of a former resident of Uvedale Hall.

Needham Market Football Club were even kind enough to lend us a selection of shirts to bring back to the home, so that residents who were unable to join the trip could still be part of the experience. 💙⚽
