We are almost half the way through the year and that means it's only 6 months till Hogmanay.

We currently have 7 rooms left for our 2 day Hogmanay package.

If you would like more information please head to our website and you can book directly from our website.

We will have live music on every night from 27th December through till 2nd January so if you are thinking about getting away for the festive period but want to miss the madness of Hogmanay itself then we have plenty on to keep you entertained in the evenings.

Open Session every Sunday evening from 9pm
We’ve been running impromptu live music sessions for the last 42 years and although harnessing the local talent is a bit of a dark art we can normally muster somewhere between 2 & 22 willing local musicians so don’t be shy, a handful of folk can magically transform into a multitude so bring along your Bodhrán, guitar or violin and join in.

All musicians, twangers, strummers & part time whistlers – and everyone else for that matter – are very welcome.

Zetor in the Kailyard

Tractor meets Trad…
A melange of roaring tunes and reflective songs
Zetor in the Kailyard are a Perthshire based band. With their diverse instrumententation and lively, energetic performances they are a popular choice for venues up and down the country.

Their music is driven by a passion for Scottish and Irish traditional music and an insatiable curiosity for music from further afield.

The Duo features Roddy Johnston on vocals, guitar, fiddle, pipes and loop pedal, and Kate Badcock on flute, alto sax and backing vocals

The Shine
was formed by Jamie Donaghy and Paul Martin in 2006, in a caravan with 2 guitars and 8 cans of beer where they penned You Said – which went on to be a big hit in their home town of Kinlochleven in the Scottish Highlands, and over the years their music has earned them the nickname ‘The Highland Beatles’.

The band now a 5 piece with Jamie Donaghy and Paul Martin on guitar and vocals, Marc Comiskey on lead guitar, Francesca Azopardi on bass guitar and Tom Jenkins on drums.

Their biggest gigs to date have been Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2022, 2023 & 2024, WestFest-Strontian, where they performed on the main stage and went on to close the festival at the Strontian Hotel, and Rock the Fort in Fort William, again on the main stage, Downhill Downtown and a show case event at The Edinburgh Fringe 2012. They play regularly in the Lochaber area and have recently been performing in a wider area including Edinburgh and Inverness .

The band likes to do as much as they can for charity – they are annual performers and supporters of the Scottish Burnt Children’s Trust and the Kinlochleven Christmas Festival. They have also done gigs for Cancer Research and Star For Harris.

In 2012 the band won the national WTN song writing competition for their song July Rain.
