We have worked very hard over the Wint

er months to make some significant improvements to the Hotel, so we can give you, our valued customers and even better holiday experience. 20 bedrooms and bathrooms have been completely refurbished, and now showcase a gorgeous new contemporary yet cosy feel. We also hope you will enjoy the significant changes made to the Bar & Lounge area which now features new furniture and carpet throughout as well as designer lighting and new fire feature. It’s not just the structural improvements we have made though, we have added a lot more added value to our holidays as well. With new themes for weekends and our midweek breaks and the addition of all inclusive midweeks we hope that there will be something for everyone to enjoy. From her very first project — the Elgin Hotel Club Class bedrooms in 2001 — through to the exciting new bar at the Sheraton, launching in January 2027, Sacha has brought creativity, imagination and an exceptional eye for detail to every project.

Her talent for combining bold, original design with luxurious fabrics, textures and finishes has transformed the look and feel of our hotels. Every space reflects her distinctive style, while keeping quality, character and the guest experience at its heart.
