From 2nd to 6th November, Coniston Water does what it has done for generations and goes very fast indeed. Records Week closes the racing season with every kind of boat on the lake, from small hydroplanes to big offshore racers, on the water the Campbells made their own.

Wrap up warm, find a spot on the shore and watch the spray fly with the fells rising behind.

What do you take care of? Listings, bookings, cleaning, linens, check-ins, check-outs and all guest support. We check the property regularly too and send in our maintenance team whenever it's needed.

What's left for me? Making sure the home is ready to let and well equipped. We'll guide you with a checklist and advice on compliance and regulations, then leave the rest to us.

What does it cost? We keep it simple. There are no annual registration or marketing fees and no mark-up on cleaning or maintenance.
