A little taste of September 🫐

The brambles are ripening around the park, which can only mean one thing… autumn isn’t far away.

Although the real question is whether any actually make it home or they’re all eaten straight from the bush.

Just follow the path, cross the little bridge and see where you end up.

One of the things we love about Callander Holiday Park is having so much nature around us. You don’t have to go far to find a quiet corner.

And at this time of year, when summer is just beginning to give way to autumn, it’s even better.

Where will you wander this weekend?

One of the best things about Callander Holiday Park is just how much there is to explore from here.

Lochs. Forests. Hills. Mountain views. Quiet paths that make you wonder what’s around the next corner.

And with autumn on its way, some of our favourite walks are about to get even more beautiful.

Tell us your favourite walk around Callander and the Trossachs. We’re always looking for recommendations!

We’ll never be the biggest holiday park. And we’re very happy about that. šŸ’š

Callander Holiday Park is small, peaceful and tucked away amongst the trees.

It means you can have your own little place to escape to without feeling like you’re surrounded by hundreds of other holiday homes.

A morning coffee on the decking. A walk through the woods. A day exploring Callander and the Trossachs. Then back to your own place at the end of the day.

Small and beautiful. That’s what makes us, us.

The summer holidays might be behind us, but we think this is one of the loveliest times of year at Callander Holiday Park.

The paths get a little quieter. The mornings become a little crisper. And before long, the greens around the park will start turning to those gorgeous autumn colours.

If you love peaceful walks, beautiful scenery and having the Trossachs on your doorstep, September is pretty hard to beat.

Callander might be small, but there’s an awful lot packed into it.

Independent shops, cafƩs and restaurants. Beautiful walks. The River Teith winding through the landscape. And the Trossachs waiting to be explored in every direction.

It’s a lovely town to visit.

It’s an even better place to have your own holiday home.

Sometimes the best plans are no plans at all.

Find a quiet spot. Sit down. Take in the view. Stay a little longer than you intended.

There are plenty of places around Callander where doing absolutely nothing feels like a very good way to spend an afternoon.

That’s what escapes are for.

Next Saturday we have something very special happening right here in Callander!

The Canmore Trust Street Ceilidh is back for its fifth year, bringing music, dancing and plenty of community spirit to the town.

Join the piper-led procession from Callander Square at 5.45pm before heading to Ancaster Road for the ceilidh from 6–7pm. And yes, there will be a Strip the Willow!

It’s all in support , raising vital funds and awareness for a brilliant cause.

If you’re staying with us next weekend, why not head into town, dig out something blue and join in?

Blue skies, sunshine and a quiet spot beside the water.

One of the best things about staying at Callander Holiday Park is having so much of this right on our doorstep.

Pack a picnic, pull on your walking boots and see where the day takes you.

Then head back to your own little place amongst the trees.

Small and beautiful. Just the way we like it.

Big views. Small and beautiful place to call home.

This is what exploring around Callander looks like.

Mountains stretching into the distance, huge skies overhead and another reason to stop for a minute and simply take it all in.

Then it’s back to the peace and quiet of Callander Holiday Park after a day of exploring.

We might be small, but what surrounds us certainly isn’t.
