And it all starts with great ingredients. Fresh fish and produce arrive at our doors each morning, with brilliant local suppliers including CelticFish&Game, Brian Etherington Meats and We Shell Crab helping us bring some of the best of Cornwall’s coast and countryside to our menus.

The two inns may have their own character, but they share the same approach – celebrating local ingredients and serving proper, comforting food in relaxed coastal surroundings.

The calm after the eclipse… 🌊✨

Carbis Bay looking absolutely beautiful this morning. After all the excitement of yesterday’s eclipse, today has arrived soft, still and wonderfully peaceful.

Glassy water, blue skies and barely a ripple in the bay – mornings like this are one of the many reasons we love calling this little corner of Cornwall home. 💙
