Its been a while...🔔🔔🔔👰🤵 But we are BACK!

Yesterday Sian took part in the Laugharne Coporation Common Walk.

In the blistering heat wave 241 people started the walk, from the Clock Tower through fields, paths, over gates, ditches, loads of stiles. Around 15 miles reaching as far as St Clears and ending back in Laugharne.

The Corporation of Laugharne provided refreshments along the way making sure everyone was looked after and many water stations throughout.

A thoroughly enjoyable day out for a tradition that has been going since 1700’s in beating the bounds. At landmarks the participants are asked a question of where they are and if they do not know they are turned upside down and beaten 3 times on the bum! So I had my turn at Meadon Green 🙄

I look forward to the next one in 2029 hopefully you will join too……
