Mayfield park is a family owned site close to the market town of Cirencester, Capital of the Cotswolds. We have 36 pitches for both camping and caravanning, giving us 72 pitches spread over a generous twelve acres. The gently sloping park with its level hard standing pitches is in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking the Churn Valley. It is a quiet smaller park, favoured by couples and families who are not looking for on site bars, swimming pools and entertainment complexes. We have none of those but do have plenty of space! We are ideally located for exploring the ancient Roman town of Cirencester and are surrounded by the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty. You can also explore the Forest of Dean or use us as the perfect stepping stone to Wales and the South-West. We are on the Cheltenham - Cirencester - Swindon No 51 Bus route which runs approximately hourly Monday to Saturday. The timetable for this has just been amended (June 2014) to add evening buses onto and out of Cirencester and a limited service on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The bus stops are about 100m from our entrance.

Unfortunately, our electric hook-up pitches are now fully booked, but we still have a few non-electric grass pitches available for the Bank Holiday weekend.

🌙 The Twilight Market is also on in the Market Square on Saturday evening — perfect for enjoying some great food, local stalls and a lovely atmosphere.

The Wing Walkers have just flown over Mayfield Park, and we can only imagine how spectacular the view must be from up there! ✈️

Thankfully, the view from down here isn't too bad either. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, Mayfield Park is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the scenery.
