A little glimpse of life at Barend…

The sauna is warming up, the coffee is on, the wildlife is enjoying a quiet moment and Bodhi is… well, Bodhi. 😂

From supervising the sauna to sampling the local sticks, followed by an extremely strenuous nap upside down in his crate, our apprentice has certainly had a busy day.
We’re not sure what he actually achieved, but he looks exhausted. 🐾

🐾 Introducing Bodhi – our office apprentice🐾

Bodhi’s official responsibilities include providing wet-nose kisses, muddy paw prints and keeping the team entertained!

Fresh on the job and already showing plenty of enthusiasm, his first task was to review the beach, read below for a Springer Spaniels views on Sandyhills Bay:

Today I went on my very first beach adventure and OH MY DOG… what a place! 💕

There was SAND EVERYWHERE! I dug holes, I sniffed and I even spotted some rabbits 🐇 (apparently I wasn’t allowed to chase them… rude!).

Then I discovered the sea… 🌊
I wasn't entirely convinced about this whole being wet business. Getting soggy? Not a fan. Shaking water all over everyone? Absolutely brilliant. 😂

By the end I was sandy, soggy, slightly smelly and completely exhausted… which, in my opinion, means it was the BEST DAY EVER! ❤️
10/10 would dig, splash, sniff and zoom again! 🐶
