A fresh pair of eyes on the new Cromlix.

We recently welcomed Daniel Sanderson from The Times to experience everything that’s changed across the estate — from our new Woodland Retreat and restaurants to the reimagined rooms and spaces throughout the house.

His verdict? A Cromlix that feels renewed, while holding onto the warmth, character and sense of place that have always made it special.

Thank you to Daniel and The Times for coming to stay, taking the plunge (quite literally), and sharing our new chapter.

Our first summer, as the new Cromlix.

And what a summer it’s been.

Long days across the estate, tables spilling out into the sunshine, the gardens in full bloom, and more than our fair share of beautiful Scottish weather.

Most importantly, we’ve welcomed so many wonderful faces through our doors — some we’ve known for years, and others visiting Cromlix for the very first time.

As summer begins to make way for a new season, we’ve been thinking about everything these first few months have brought.

So, what’s on the cards for autumn?

We’ll leave that there, for now.

Every bottle of Cromlix Gin begins at the source.

Drawn from the mineral-rich spring water beneath our estate and infused with botanicals hand-picked from our Kitchen Garden, our award-winning gin is a true reflection of Cromlix and the landscape that surrounds it.

Expect delicate floral aromas, hints of fennel, subtle notes of liquorice and a beautifully dry finish, with raspberry leaf and milk thistle bringing a distinctive character unique to our estate.

Enjoy it as part of one of our signature cocktails in the bar, savour it simply over ice, or take a bottle home to continue the experience. Available to purchase during your visit or online.
