🎣 Fishing Update 🎣

The fish are still feeding well across all ponds, with some great methods producing results this week.

Boathouse Pond:

The blue Flash Damsel is proving productive when fished on a midge-tip line, while Dennis the Menace and Vicar buzzers, paired with FABs, are also producing some great catches. One of the top methods at the moment is fishing white flies around 2ft under the b**g, with dry fly also producing when conditions are right.

Burnside Pond:

When the fish switch onto the surface, top-of-the-water methods are the way to go. Floating fry and black dry flies are both worth having in your box.

Woodside Bait Pond

The faithful worm and a mix of PowerBait are still producing plenty of fish. The recent w**ding is now complete, and the trout have certainly enjoyed the feast of insect life stirred up during the process! The fish are more scattered throughout the pond, so don’t be afraid to explore different areas. The fountain area is currently showing the best results. Small silver spinners are also well worth trying, as the trout are likely to target the small fry now that they have less w**d cover to hide in.
