Every Armadilla unit begins the same way: on our production floor in Scotland, where timber frames are built, insulated and pressure-tested before a single design detail is added.

It's not the most visible stage of the process, but it's the one that determines how a unit performs years later - through cold winters, hot summers, and the wear of constant guest turnover.
