🎃 THE RETURN OF THE ANNUAL LANDLORD’S HALLOWEEN QUIZ! 👻

Honestly, the effort our quizzers go to is OFF THE CHART! 🤣

We had 31 teams dressed up, 3 who clearly never got the memo, and some absolutely incredible attention to detail!

We had crayons, pumpkins, life-sized games (Pop-Up Pirate deserves a special mention because once the costume was on, he couldn't actually sit down! 😂), witches, warlocks, Uncle Fester, nuns, Teddy bears and the entire cast of Scooby-Doo!

You absolutely did yourselves proud! 🙌

🧟‍♂️ THE QUIZ ITSELF

Being Halloween, we had questions on horror films, trick or treating and a music round featuring all things Halloween…

And for the first time EVER, we managed to do it without including Monster Mash! 🎶👏

Even the gaffers got involved and dressed up! Phil's dressing-up box seems to be getting bigger by the year. We're starting to worry about what he's planning for next time! 😂

114 quizzers. One winning team. And a third victory for The Indecisives! 🏆

Tuesday night at the Mosset saw 114 brains put to the test across geography, connections, general knowledge, musical pictures and an autumnal-themed music round. 🍁🎶

🎤 MYSTERY VOICE OF THE NIGHT

Pierce Brosnan was the man behind the mystery voice, talking all things James Bond. Most teams got their man, although a few were convinced it was Peter Capaldi! A decent guess, but not quite shaken, stirred or correct. 🍸

🌍 VISITORS FROM PERTH!

Lovely to welcome a visiting team of four from Perth, who have joined us before while holidaying in the area. Naturally, we couldn't resist squeezing a North Inch question into the geography round. Thankfully, they got it right! We do try to make our guests feel at home, after all. 😂

🏆 THREE TIMES THE CHARM!

Huge congratulations to The Indecisives, who took tonight's honours for their third Mosset Pub Quiz victory. They may be indecisive about most things, but clearly not about winning!
