Hills we’ll die on: staycation edition

1. You don’t need to leave the UK to have an incredible holiday.
2. A sea view is better than anything on TV.
3. Dogs deserve holidays too.
4. A holiday nap at 3pm doesn’t make you lazy. It makes you relaxed.
5. Good coffee and a great pub should be within walking distance.

Did we miss any?

Reminder: you don’t need to leave the UK to find paradise.

If a staycation to Cornwall is on the cards this winter, Fowey is a must-visit.

It’s got history, it’s got jaw-dropping scenery, it’s got some of the best food in the county (especially if you love seafood!).

Stay in one of our three beautiful holiday apartments in the heart of Fowey at Marners Rock.

Head to our website to check out our availability, or give us (Henry and Alison) a DM. We’d love to answer your questions and get you booked in for a holiday to remember.

Have yourself a very Cornish Christmas at Marners Rock. 🎄

Wake up on Christmas Day to the ocean air, bobbing boats, and peaceful coastal paths in the pretty Cornish town of Fowey.

Our two apartments at Marners Rock are still available to book for the week of Christmas. Under the same roof of a beautiful, Victorian end-of-terrace townhouse, the apartments can be booked separately, one that sleeps two, and one that sleeps six - or book the whole house out for a larger group of 8.

We’re also dog-friendly, meaning no one gets left behind during the most magical time of the year.

To book your family Christmas to Cornwall, head to our website now to book online or email us at [email protected].
