⚡ Something big is happening just across the Thames

The Grain to Tilbury project is one of the major electricity infrastructure projects planned in our area

National Grid is proposing a new electricity connection between Grain in Kent and Tilbury in Essex, including replacing the existing Thames cable tunnel - infrastructure dating back to the 1960s

For Medway, Kent and the wider energy sector, projects like this represent a significant amount of engineering, construction and specialist work in the years ahead.

And for us at Address Apartments, it's particularly relevant because we're already a home-from-home for contractors and professionals working on major projects across the area

We're ideally placed for people working around Grain, the Isle of Grain and wider Medway, with fully serviced apartments, dedicated parking and the flexibility needed for project-based stays
