Scotland in Union We are a non-party movement which unites people around a positive view of Scotland in the UK. We are a non-party, not-for-profit movement.

Promoted by Scotland in Union: Office 2/3, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP. We have supporters from all points on the political spectrum, and many diverse views about how to improve life in the UK and in Scotland. We all believe that staying together is in the interests of the people of Scotland, the people in the rest of the UK, and the world more generally. We believe the 2014 Referendum result was decisive, and that we need to move on together: together in Scotland, and together within the United Kingdom. We believe that bringing Scotland together after the Referendum must be accompanied by bringing the UK together. We believe political debate should be about policies, not powers; we want energy focused on people, not posturing. We believe we should start from where we are now, and move on positively. We do not want politicians wasting time on constitutional distractions when they could be working to improve lives in their constituencies and across the country

Our main focus is long term, to inform people about the UK and to help them understand the Scottish political situation. We plan, organise and support varied projects which are aligned with our overall aims.

The SNP is out of touch, incompetent and untrustworthy with the majority of Scots thinking things are getting worse under the party, two damning polls have revealed.

This is a devastating poll for the SNP, exposing how the party is at odds with the priorities of the people of Scotland. John Swinney and his ministers are hopelessly out of touch, and Stephen Flynn has been left red-faced by focusing on another referendum in his opening speech.

While the nationalists resort to navel-gazing, these results prove that voters don’t share the SNP’s obsession with another unwanted referendum – they want their government to prioritise the cost of living, fix the crisis in our NHS, and tackle energy bills. If SNP politicians are serious about governing for everyone in our country, they will listen to the people of Scotland and drop their obsession with trying to divide us once again.

The First Minister was quick to brag about an SNP-commissioned poll which showed the Nats were ahead of Scottish Labour in Westminster polling but was quiet on two more surveys which showed Scots are turning against him.
