An autumnal local tour of our area took us to for the beautiful trip across the River Fal. Then a wander round gorgeous gardens and house. And of course lunch - at delicious - all so close to us.

Hemmick Beach after the storm. Thanks to we’ve had a few windy wet days here. But now it’s a sunny breezy evening at our local beach with some wild waves rolling in.

So that’s a wrap! Last week we welcomed the final two schools of the year to - they both loved their visit to . We’ve had a lot of schools, youth groups and a university staying with us this year. They’ve hiked visited been to gone surfing, coasteering, been to and . They’ve also enjoyed our local Hemmick Beach and using the hostel as a base for arts, crafts and photography. We are delighted to have a renewed certificate which verifies our quality and safety credentials so look forward to welcoming your school or youth group next year. There is so much to explore in Cornwall that complements the curriculum in a range of subjects - geology, geography, science, arts, sport and more. Where will you take your class?
