🎃 Spooky Season Today, Wreath Season Tomorrow… 🌿

We know, we know… Halloween hasn’t even finished yet, and we’re already talking about Christmas. But in our defence, these wreaths aren’t going to make themselves. 👀🤍

Join us on Sunday 29th November with Crosskills Florist for an afternoon of wreath making, festive greenery and a little creative time at Stallingborough Grange.

Fancy making an afternoon of it? Add our festive afternoon tea, too. ✨

🌿 Wreath making – £55 per person
✨ Wreath making with festive afternoon tea – £70 per person

A little early? Maybe. A lovely way to spend an afternoon? Absolutely.

🌶️ These Weren't Supposed to Steal the Spotlight… 👀

They're only on this weekend's specials board, but we had a feeling they deserved a proper introduction.

Spicy chicken wings with sriracha mayo. A little heat, a little kick, and a very good reason to have a look at what's on our specials this weekend. 🤍

🍂 A Little More Cosy, a Little Less Rush… 🤎

Autumn has a way of making a Sunday lunch feel even better. The lights are a little softer, there's a chill in the air, and a long lunch somewhere cosy sounds just about perfect.

Our Sunday lunches are served from 12pm until 7pm, so there's plenty of time to settle in, enjoy a good meal and let Sunday take its time. 🌿

🌿 Well, Don’t Our Windows Look Lovely…

We were going to talk about the beautiful windows at the Buttercross Suite, but it seems we have a couple of unexpected additions to the picture. 🤵🤵

We think they fit in rather well, don't you? 🤍

🪿 Well, Hello There, Mr Goose… 🍷

We have some new w**es to introduce, and we were trying to give them the grand entrance they deserved…

Turns out, pouring w**e, taking photos and having only two hands don't always go hand in hand. 🍷

A little spill, a lot of laughter, and a new favourite to get to know. Meet Mr Goose, one of the new additions to our w**e selection. 🤍

Because behind every lovely glass, there's a real person — and occasionally, a bit of a mess!

🌿 Already Dreaming of Summer…

A little throwback to the warmer days in our walled garden, when everything was in bloom and the afternoons seemed to last just that little bit longer. 🤍

There's something special about this little corner of Stallingborough Grange, and we're already looking forward to seeing it come to life again next summer. 🌸

𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴...

Pulled beef, rich ale and pastry folded and finished by hand, ready for the oven.

Our pulled beef & ale pies are all about those hearty, comforting flavours that feel right at home in the countryside. There's still a golden finish to come, but we couldn't resist sharing a little peek at them in the making. 🤎

A lovely afternoon, made all the more special by the little details. 🌿

It means a great deal to hear that our afternoon tea left such a lasting impression, and that the care and warmth of our team helped make a birthday celebration so memorable.

Thank you for sharing such kind words with us. 🤍

A little something sweet to finish!

Smooth, creamy ice cream with a rich, velvety texture and a refreshing sweetness in every spoonful. Sometimes, it’s the simple desserts that make the perfect finishing touch to a great meal.
