The reviews from our Bank Holiday Sunday Wedding have genuinely blown us away but i also can’t say i’m surprised.

Since starting here it’s been really obvious to see that the staff care about the delivery of every event, every service and every contact we have with customers making their experience with us great. Their customer service is quality and matches whatever tone/style the client is aiming for.

Some things aren’t important from a hospitality point of view either and just being genuinely great human beings with feelings 🫶🏼

A couple of our younger team members are off to uni this week and have been gutted to go which tells me that we have a genuinely great place to work.

Capturing this feedback is not just important for us to know but also you as future clients having the reassurance that we give a great service as standard!

Rumours are circulating that our Events team wanted a day off after a busy summer but the truth is that we’ve got bigger and better plans to improve the way we showcase our venue, suppliers and staff.

BH Weekend Wedding 3/3 smashed it! 🙌🏼
Lost the groom later on but snagged a selfie with Bride.

A gorgeous wedding party and a packed dancefloor all night for the live band gave big Sunday night feels!

Just bang on tone from everyone including Party Table 4 👀 the “Cod Heads”

Proud of the whole team for their long shift energy! No moans, no groans, professional throughout. Every department communicating with each other to deliver outstanding results 👏🏼 Reflected in some extremely generous wedding party guests.

Loved this weekend as a whole but also a cheeky appreciation to the people at home who allow us to come and be party starters 🎉 looking after children, caring for others, holding down the personal so we can be “professional”
