Our luxury, hand crafted accommodation is set on a working farm with beautiful panoramic views of the Lammermuir Hills, in the stunning East Lothian countryside. Our converted buses offer a unique holiday experience with a touch of luxury. The roof above your bed has been replaced with glass, allowing you to sleep under the stars and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. Each bus also includes a wood burning stove, creating a cosy, romantic atmosphere on the cooler nights. Furthermore, take time out for you, relax and retreat from the world in your own private wood fired hot tub on your private decking area. With a variety of activities to enjoy in and around the surrounding area, The Bus Stop offers an ideal opportunity to spend your days cooking on your BBQ, exploring the farm, relaxing at our remote pond and walking the local trails. Our aim is to provide you with an unhurried pace and a ‘make yourself at home’ atmosphere whilst offering you a hearty welcome and a great holiday at The Bus Stop

We are excited to announce the opening of a newly converted open top bus, Dandelion, specifically adapted into a wellness space!

Spend the day unwinding on our farm, enjoying your own private sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and lounging in the converted bus surrounded by panoramic views of the East Lothian countryside and Lammermuir hills.

From balmy summer days to crisp autumn evenings, it’s been a season full of farm adventures, hot tubs under the stars and family memories✨

Do you know the difference between our luxury buses? We have three! 🚌

Luxury Bus 1 is the perfect couples getaway. Deluxe king sized bed, bubbling hot tub and views of the rolling Lammermuir hills.

Luxury Bus 2 sleeps two adults and two children. Bunk beds, private garden and al fresco kitchen. As well as, a toasty hot tub and the same panoramic hill view.

Luxury Bus 3 sleeps six, in two king sized beds and a set of bunk beds - so you can bring grandparents along too! We’ve extended this bus to provide a large bathroom with a luxurious waterfall shower. Not to forget a family sized hot tub and fire pit for toasting marshmallows!
