We are a 4 minute walk from the gorgeous, 3 miles of Hayle beach and also the south West Coast path.

Sleeping 3 in a double room and a full size single, we have a lovely, relaxed patio space to enjoy a wee drinky after a day at the beach ⛱️

Loads of fabulous eateries walkable & just a 15 min walk into Hayle and 20mins drive to St Ives 👌

Parking is directly outside and free super fast WiFi

We went dipping in the rock pools at Godrevy and, if I kept still, a collection of these wee, shrimpy things would start cleaning up a little cut I had.

All fine til they got a bit vigorous... 😆 🤣 😂

The amazing bit of nature is that the cut hadn't been healing very well and after they cleaned it , it was pretty much gone by the next evening 🥰

Happily, Cornwall is still very much alive & well with lots going on & lots of places to visit.

If you dont feel like getting in the car though, the beach is just about 400m away from the chalet and sooooo very beautiful 😍

Has anybody else had 'one of those weeks' ??

A family emergency has left us scrambling for any moment of peace in a very hectic 'damage control' schedule

But isn't it funny how problems are often glue & bind us together closer, if we handle them with grace.

So, we will be ok & all things can be conquered in love ❤️

We just had the loveliest overnighter in the van & I have 2 incredible recommendations for you, both places we've been meaning to eat at for 300 years & finally got to them 😀

Ellies Soul Kitchen just on the track down to Kynance Cove. Oh my flippin' goodness, what absolutely delicious AND super healthy food, in a field 😋

And THE best breakfast I've EVER had at Housel Bay Hotel , with the most helpful and kind staff, EVER. We will be back soooooon!
