Surrounded by Corsican pines, wildflowers and orchards, Cynefin Retreats is a seven-acre haven in the heart of the Wye Valley — a place to breathe deeply, reconnect with nature and simply be.

For our adventurous guests, there’s plenty to discover in the local area. From wild swimming and canoeing to trekking, cycling and horse-riding, the great outdoors is yours to explore. And just three miles away, Hay-on-Wye — the ‘Town of Books’ — offers independent bookshops, winding streets and plenty of character.

Back at the retreat, meadows and woodland provide a peaceful habitat for local wildlife, with badgers, foxes and an abundance of birds making this corner of the valley their home. 🦊🌲
